Because certain recognition assets are tied to specific schedule slots and stage elements, they are strictly available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a partner secures a tier, that specific naming right is committed for the year. This applies directly to:

The Headliner – $50,000 (Exclusive Presenting Partner)
This tier anchors the entire festival, ensuring the event remains entirely free and accessible to the public.
- Naming Rights: "St. Michael's Jazz Fest, presented by [Company Name]" featured across all marketing materials, press releases, and the main stage banner
- Exclusive VIP Experience: Up to 15 badges to the Jazz Fest VIP Balcony & Lounge, with premium seated views of both main stage and Pacific Ocean, and complimentary food/beverage
- On-Site Parking: Up to 6 dedicated parking spaces throughout the duration of the festival
- On-Site Activation: Principal promotional booth space (20’ x 10’) on the main lawn with high foot traffic (sponsor to provide own tent and all materials)
- Banners & Branding: Co-branded signage displayed at the main stage and throughout festival campus
- Digital Presence: Top-tier logo placement on the website homepage, socials, and a dedicated feature in a festival email update
This tier supports the travel and hospitality requirements for our featured headlining musicians.
- Performance Sponsor: Listed as “Official Sponsor” of the festival's main evening headline performance
- Exclusive VIP Experience: Up to 10 badges to the Jazz Fest VIP Balcony & Lounge, with premium seated views of both main stage and Pacific Ocean, and complimentary food/beverages
- On-Site Parking: Up to 4 dedicated parking spaces throughout the duration of the event

The Big Easy – $25,000
The Brass Band – $10,000
This tier provides necessary funding for the travel, logistics, and accommodations of our regional and touring ensembles.
- Ensemble Sponsor: Dedicated sponsorship recognition for a featured afternoon regional or touring ensemble
- Exclusive VIP Experience: Up to 5 badges to the Jazz Fest VIP Balcony & Lounge, with premium seated views of both main stage and Pacific Ocean, and complimentary food/beverage

This tier supports music education workshops for children/families and supports our local student and military ensembles.
